5. Refund Policy

Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to a scheduled engagement may be transferred to an alternate date without additional charge.
If no transfer is requested, refunds will be issued via the original transaction route within 14 business days.
Engagements cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable due to preparatory commitments.

5.2 Information Products

Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, no more than 20% of downloaded content may have been accessed.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original source.

5.3 Goods

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when items are in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipment arrangements.
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 business days.

6. No Refund Condition

Certain bespoke or expedited services are clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. This policy is based on resource allocation and preparatory work initiated immediately upon request.
